October 14 and 15, Friday and Saturday 2005
at Universtiy of Houston Main Campus
Kerr High School had 3 entries. One senior and two freshmen, Koplan, Michael, and Thuan. The three contestants competed in 8 events and broke out of prelim in 5 events.
At the awards assembly Kerr took home 5 trophies
Kerr won 1st in duo interp, 2nd in domestic extempt, 6th in oration, and 6th in impromptu.4th in championship LD debate. 
Kerr students also gained points toward state qualification.

over 500 entires from 22 schools
